Policy Statement
MyTruDate is an adult-only dating app and our mission to promote safety applies not only to adults, but crucially to children as well. In our effort to create a safe Platform for all our Users. Therefore, MyTruDate forbids anyone under the age of 18 from joining or using our Platform in any way, shape or form. Furthermore, we discourage Users from posting or sharing images, videos, or audio recordings of anyone under 18 years of age on the app. Our rigorous identity verification procedures are in place to reduce the likelihood of minors accessing the platform in violation of this policy. We urge any User who suspects that they might have communicated with a minor to report this to MyTruDate immediately so that we can initiate protective measures and take corrective actions right away.
Action Taken
Any person who applies for membership to MyTruDate whom we discover is under the age of 18 shall be denied admission to our platform. Upon discovery that a child is operating an account, MyTruDate reserves the right to suspend, and if we deem appropriate, permanently ban any User whom we determine is a minor or is facilitating a minor’s use of the MyTruDate app.
