MyTruDate is committed to cooperating with Law Enforcement in a way that upholds user privacy and promotes users’ agency and choice. We will comply with legal requests for information from Law Enforcement authorities that are valid and comply with applicable laws as part of our effort to support active Law Enforcement investigations and promote safety in our communities. This information can include basic user data, communication data, and account activity data. While we will work with our partners in Law Enforcement and public safety, as part of our commitment to user privacy, MyTruDate will push back against overbroad or unlawful requests for user data.

If Law Enforcement would like to make a legal request, please contact us at legal@mytrudate.com and provide us with the necessary information. Our team will review the request and comply with valid subpoenas and search warrants as outlined above.
